The explosion in an educational center in the west of Kabul left 25 dead and dozens injured

The explosion occurred around 7:30 a.m. on Friday in the Kaj Educational Center.
This training center is located in Dasht i Barchi Painter Alley, one of the 13th security zone of the capital. The published pictures show the bodies of dozens of students inside the classroom and the hospital. According to the sources, ambulances transfer the wounded and dead from the place since half hour till now. According to the pictures, the first rows of the class have been attacked. The explosion happened when the students were sitting in the class to pass the entrance examination. The Taliban have closed the place of the event and do not allow access to the place. It should be noted that this educational center was previously operating under the name (Mowhud) in 2018 and was the target of a deadly suicide attack. The explosion happened when the students were waiting for the starting of the examination. The type of this explosion has not been determined so far and no person or group has taken responsibility for this event. The United Nations Deputy Jury in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has also condemned today’s attack on an educational center in the majority Hazaras and Shiyas residency area of Kabul. Hamid Karzai the former president of Afghanistan, called it conflicting with human and Islamic principles and values while condemning this attack. Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, the head of the Reconciliation Council in the previous government of Afghanistan, also condemned the explosion in the Kaj Educational Center by publishing a post on his Facebook page. The suicide attack in the Kaj Educational Center has faced strong internal and external reactions. The Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the United Nations Security Council, the United Nations Secretary General, the United States Special Envoy for Afghanistan, and Human Rights Watch have condemned this attack. Meanwhile, Abdulsalam Hanafi, the second deputy prime minister, assures the people that the perpetrators of this incident will be identified and will be brought to the hands of the law. Mr. Hanafi believes that this attack is a crime against humanity. At the same time, the United Nations Security Council, in a news-letter, called that education is the only way to achieve peace and security.
This council said in this newsletter: “The members of the Security Council condemn in the strongest terms the terroristic and terrifying attack on the Kaj educational center in Dasht i Barchi, Kabul.” Khaled Zadran, the spokesman of the Kabul Security Command, said that twenty-five of our compatriots were killed and sixty others were injured in this attack.
