UNAMA: Afghan women’s rights are non-negotiable

 

The United Nations Representative Office or UNAMA in Kabul says that women’s rights are human rights and non-negotiable.

According to the News Agency of Events; This office said in a statement last night (28 December) that women’s rights are human rights and these rights are non-negotiable.

The declaration states that women and girls everywhere deserve to live with dignity and respect.

UNAMA said that UN Women works to improve gender quality and empower women around the world.

It should be noted that the caretaker government has imposed a ban on work and education on Afghan women and girls until further notice.
