More than 300 Afghan prisoners released from Pakistani jails

The Ministry of Refugees’ press release states that more than 300 Afghan prisoners were released from various Pakistani prisons and entered the country safely. The press release states that the prisoners, who had been in Pakistani prisons for several days to two months, were released and entered the country through the Spin Boldak border. The Ministry of Refugees said that the government’s support programs for the released prisoners are ongoing and they have been transferred to their original places of residence, and this process continues in a transparent manner. It was said that the return of Afghan citizens from Pakistani prisons and detention centers has become a regular process in recent months and cooperation between the two countries in this regard has increased. The Ministry of Refugees and Repatriates is trying to carry out the return process with security and transparency by providing basic support and guiding returnees to their places of residence.
