Minister of Public Health meets with officials of King Salman Foundation

Ministry of Public Health officials met with the head of the King Salman Foundation of Saudi Arabia and discussed expanding aid and cooperation. During his visit to Saudi Arabia, Noor Jalal Jalali, Minister of Public Health, met with Dr. Abdullah Rabia, Head of the King Salman Foundation, and discussed humanitarian and development frameworks and health assistance with Afghanistan. Equipping hospitals nationwide, combating infectious diseases, treating cancer and heart diseases were among the most important topics of the discussion. The Minister of Public Health also invited a representative of the King Salman Charity Foundation to visit the progress of work in Afghanistan.
Dr. Rabia also assured that she will cooperate with Afghanistan in various health and humanitarian sectors. This is while several aids have been provided by the King Salman Charity Foundation in Afghanistan before and it also has economic and aid cooperation with the Red Crescent of the country.
