The “Women, Peace and Security” Meeting of the Security Council Also Focuses on Afghanistan.

In its latest report, the International Federation of Journalists has asked the Islamic Emirate to remove restrictions on the media and allow all journalists to work independently and without fear. The report of this federation states that harassment of local and foreign journalists in Afghanistan is against freedom of expression. The report says: “The continued harassment and intimidation of local and foreign journalists and media workers in Afghanistan is a gross violation of media freedom. “Taliban should allow all journalists to work independently without fear.”
